At first, we saw the need for a different type of service agency. Although there were many service providers to choose from, we felt that many times the client could not fully satisfy their needs. The idea of ​​“one size fits all” seemed to rule many service providers and we wanted to do things in a different way. At the same time, for many it was a headache to have to find different service providers for each of their multiple needs, whether it was car insurance, life insurance, commercial insurance, car registrations, notary public services or taxes.

We thought a new kind of service was needed, something that perhaps many insurance or tax filing service providers had forgotten in the pursuit of higher profits: A personalized service that focuses on meeting the customer's needs and not just making a sale. By creating a multi-service center we could alleviate the stress that having to find a different agent for each service that is needed can bring. The personalized treatment would allow us the possibility of discovering new ways in which we can offer solutions to the multiple needs of our clients.
